Julie has been working in design and UX research for over a decade and undertaking research for even longer. She likes nothing more than immersing herself in a meaty research project and finding the gold deep within the data. Julie has a perceptive and sensitive approach to making sense of the complex ways people interact with design and information. She helps teams use research insights to inspire design and strategy. Julie has been at ANZ since 2001, working primarily in Open Banking.
