Alice has been designing and developing products and services for over 20 years. In her role as CX Lead for Open Banking at ANZ Bank New Zealand, she’s known for putting customer needs front and centre. Alice has a collaborative leadership style that promotes discovery and insight, and fosters alternative ways of thinking. Her positivity and ability to connect the dots between strategy, research, design and development, empowers her ANZ team and stakeholders – as well as the wider industry – to create open banking experiences that are leading towards a customer-centric and digitally enabled open economy.
